摘  要:目的:了解盆底仿生物电刺激联合雌激素治疗子宫内膜生长不良的效果。方法:选择2014年3月~2015年12月期间在我院不孕专科门诊就诊的104例子宫内膜生长不良患者,将其分为雌激素对照组(61例)、雌激素+盆底仿生物电刺激治疗组(43例),观察两组卵泡成熟日的子宫内膜厚度,卵泡成熟时子宫内膜厚度≥8 mm为有效,≤7 mm为无效。结果:盆底仿生物电刺激联合雌激素治疗增长子宫内膜厚度效果优于单纯雌激素治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:盆底仿生物电刺激联合雌激素治疗可有效治疗子宫内膜生长发育不良,改善内膜厚度。Objective:To investigate the effect of pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation and estrogen in the treatment of endometrial hypoplasia. Methods: A total of 104 patients with endometrial hypoplasia, who were hospitalized in the Department of Infertility in our hospital between March 2014 and December 2015, were included as the subjects in the study.All patients were divided into the estrogen therapy group (n= 61 ) and the estrogen + pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation therapy group (u = 43 ) , respectively.The thickness of the endometrium at the date of follicular maturation was determined.The treatment was effective and ineffective when the thickness of the endometrium ≥h8 mm and ≤ n7 mm in the two groups,respectively. Results: The effect of pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation and estrogen therapy in the treatment of increased endometrial thickness was better than that of using estrogen alone, and there was statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation and estrogen can effectiveiy treat endometrial hypoplasia and improve intimal thickness.
