从印度的心态看洞朗事件  

Viewing the Dong Lang Confrontation through India's Mentality

摘　　要：一百多年来,中印边界问题一直未能解决,成为中印关系最大的影响因子。近年来,印度在边界问题和西藏问题上给中国不时制造麻烦。究其原因,固然有历史遗留问题以及水资源等方面的因素,但最重要的是印度独立之前就已有的"大国架子"及后来滋长的"瑜亮情结"、"怨妇心态"和"政治正确"等不正常心态。2017年6月18日,印度军队非法越境进入我国洞朗地区,在与我军对峙两个多月后于8月28日撤离。印度挑起该事件的动因,除了政治、经济、军事、外交等各种因素外,心理上则是上述四种心态叠加、交织的结果和反应。印度的心态和洞朗事件更彰显中印边界争端罕见的复杂性以及解决问题的艰巨性。The unsettled Sino-Indian border issue, with a long history of more than 100 years, has been the most important factor that hinders the healthy development of the relationship between the two countries. In recent years, India has frequently made troubles to China on both the border issue and the Tibetan issue. Though there are inherent problems left over by history and the water resource dispute, yet the most significant causes of India’s conduct are her abnormal mentality,or four states of mind, namely, the “Power Style” from pre-independence days, the “ Zhou Yu-Zhuge Liang Complex’’ ,the “ Scorned Wife Sentiment ”,and the “Political Correctness”. The Indian army crossed the Sino-Indian borderline to China’s Dong Lang area on 18 th June 2017 and after more than two months withdrew to their own territory on 28th August 2017. The motivations of India’s provocation at Dong Lang, apart from political, economic, military diplomatic and other factors, psychologically are the consequence and reflections of the superposition and interlacing of the four states of mind mentioned above. Both India’s mentality and the Dong Lang confrontation have highlighted the rare complexity of the Sino-Indian border issue and the arduousness of its settlement.
