政治经济利益纠葛中的中越“一带一路”经贸合作

摘　　要：中越两国在"一带一路"倡议下的经贸合作取得了长足进展,同时也受到主权争端等多种不利因素的影响。政治互信不足导致越南无法成为"一带一路"建设的支点国家,但中越两国地理邻近,经济互补,两国之间的经贸合作是"一带一路"建设的重要环节,并且仍有巨大的发展潜力。建立多重合作机制有助于管控分歧,为两国间的经贸合作塑造良好的外部环境。经贸领域的务实合作,也是促进中越关系全面稳定发展的重要途径。Stimulated by the Belt and Road Initiative, there have been great achievements in the economic and trade cooperation between China and Vietnam, while the cooperation is also impeded by various negative factors, such as the sovereign disputes on the islands in the South China Sea. Vietnam cannot serve as the strategic fulcrum in the Belt and Road construction for the insufficiency of political mutual trust between it and China. But it is still an important country on the Belt and Road due to its special location. Moreover, China and Vietnam’s economies are highly complementary, which brings great potential for their further cooperation. Multi-level cooperation mechanisms between the two countries will help them manage differences and maintain good environment for their economic and trade cooperation. The practical cooperation in the field of economy and trade is also an important way for the comprehensive and stable development of China-Vietnam relationship.
