摘 要:通过金属粉末冶金法制备聚酰亚胺(PI)填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,考察不同PI填充量对复合材料拉伸性能和摩擦学性能的影响。实验结果表明,采用PI填充PTFE,可以使耐摩擦性能提高2个数量级,摩擦系数稍微上升。随着PI填充量的提高,复合材料拉伸强度和伸长率均下降。填充PI可以降低材料热变形率。最后,对采用国产聚酰亚胺(SG100P)与进口聚酰亚胺(P84)填充PTFE制备的复合材料性能进行对比,发现国产PI完全可以替代进口同类产品用于生产无油润滑压缩机活塞环。Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/ polyimide (PI) composite with different content were prepared by powder metallurgic method, using PTFE as a matrix, PI as a filler. The effects of PI content on the properties of PTFE/PI composite material were investigated. Compared to pure PTFE, the wear resistance of PTFE/PI composite material improved two orders of magnitude. The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation of the material decreased as increasing the PI content. The thermal expansion decreased with the PI content. At last, comparing with the properties of the PTFE/PI composites by using SG100P (made in China) and P84 (Germany) as the filler individually, SG100P can substitute for the import (P84) to produce the piston rings of the oilless lubrication compressor.
