摘　　要：随着汽车保有量的急速提升,相关售后需求服务也越来越多,这主要包括汽车保险行业、二手车评估及汽车金融行业等服务。为此,相关专业人才也面临着缺失和竞争。文章通过企业调研来探析行业背景,分析人才需求,提出本专业课程体系的构建思路,并通过岗位需求明确培养目标,进一步运用"基于工作过程"的课程开发方法提取汽车保险理赔与评估专业的典型工作任务,确定行动领域,将其转化为学习领域,设计汽车保险理赔与评估专业课程体系。With the rapid ascension of car ownership, the related after-sales service demand more and more, it mainly includes the auto insurance industry, used car evaluation and the financial industry, automobile, etc.Therefore, related professionals are faced with missing and competition. In this paper, through the enterprise research to analysis the industry background, requirement analysis, put forward the professional curriculum system, and through the post needs clear training objectives, further uses the method of “based on the working process” of curriculum development to extract the car insurance claims and evaluate professional typical work tasks, identify areas of action, is transformed into learning areas, design auto insurance claims and assessment of professional curriculum system.
