摘　　要：萘醌类化合物自发现以来,其独特的抗肿瘤活性已受到众多学者的关注。在查阅近期发表的相关文献资料的基础上,从抗肿瘤作用、作用机理、构效关系及前景展望4个方面对萘醌类化合物抗肿瘤活性的研究成果进行综述,以期为抗癌新药的研究和开发提供新思路。The unique antitumor activity of naphthaquinones has attracted increasing attention of scholars around the world since their discovery. By referring to the most recently published literatures, we review the research progress on antitumor effects of naphthaquinones from the following aspects: antitumor action and its underlining mechanism, structure-activity relationship, and clinical application prospect, in hoping to provide new thinking for the research and development of novel anticancer drugs.
