强化研发投入提升区域创新能力研究——以郑州市为例

摘　　要：国际上通常采用R&D活动的规模和强度指标反映一国的科技实力和核心竞争力。一国的R&D水平体现着一国的政治经济实力,一个城市的R&D水平,体现着城市的竞争力,本文选取郑州为样本,从财政投入、企业投入、科教资源等方面分析影响R&D的原因,同时对中部地区的数据和政策进行对比,提出了提高城市R&D投入的对策建议。Internationally, the scale and intensity of R&D activities are usually used to reflect the technological strength and core competitiveness of a country. A country's R&D levels reflects the country's political and economic power, and a city's R&D level reflects the competitiveness of the city. This article chose Zhengzhou as the sample,from financial investment, enterprise investment, science and education resources, etc, analyzed the reasons influencing R&D, as well as compared the data and policies in central region, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the R&D investment of cities.
