摘 要:快速城市化进程中,城市人口急剧膨胀,城市规模不断扩大及建筑的高速发展,形成了独特的城市建筑物理环境。本文通过研究北方典型山地城市区域形态与城市气候环境的关系,依据国内外城市物理环境理论,结合大连市高新区不同用地属性地块的实测调研,分析影响城市物理环境的重要因素,并探讨城市总体布局、街区布局与下垫面因素对城市物理环境的影响,为城市的规划改造和物理环境的改善提出参考性意见。During the rapid urbanization process, with the rapid expansion of urban population, the city has been expanding and there is the rapid development of the building, forming a unique urban building physical environment. Based on the typical northern mountainous city form and city regional climate environment, according to the domestic and foreign city residential environment theory, combined with the actual survey of different land properties plots in Dalian Hi-tech Development Zone, it analyses important factors affecting the physical environment. And it explores the overall layout of the city, the impact on layout of the neighborhood and the underlying factors on the urban physical environment and provides references for the city's planning and transformation of urban physical environment.
