摘　　要：基于攀钢弄弄坪基地转型为城市综合生活区之预判,探讨轨梁厂这一超大型厂房改造为城市综合体更新设计方法,从结构、构造、消防、景观等层面,提交系统的技术措施,为大型钢铁工业厂房可持续利用做出范例。Based on the pre-judgment of Nongnongping Base of Panzhihua Steel Plant transformation into the urban integrated living area, this paper explores the transformation of the large-scale plant of the beam-and-rail factory into the urban complex design method, from the aspects of structure, frame, fire prevention, landscape and so on, and provides technical measures for large-scale iron and steel industry to set examples for sustainable use.
