摘　　要：武汉市宜居社区建设对其实现国家中心城市的发展目标具有重要的支撑作用。当前国内宜居社区评价指标体系主要侧重于单一主体的构建原则,制约了评价系统的有效性。本文结合武汉地域特征及社区建设导向的需求,基于多元主体评价的视角,从评价主导者、社区使用者、第三方技术者角度,筛选匹配各评价主体属性的相关指标,试图构建系统性较强的武汉市主城区宜居社区评价指标体系,为武汉市宜居社区评价的研究与实践提供探索性的尝试。The construction of livable community in Wuhan has an important supporting role in realizing the development goals of the national central city. The current domestic livable community evaluation index system mainly focuses on the construction principle of a single subject, which restricts the effectiveness of the evaluation system. Based on the demand of Wuhan regional characteristics and community construction orientation, this paper tries to construct a strong evaluation index system of livable community in Wuhan based on multidisciplinary evaluation subject perspective from the view of the evaluation leader, the community user and the third party technician to select relevant index of evaluation subject attribute, and provides an exploratory attempt for the research and practice of evaluation of livable community in Wuhan.
