摘　　要："历史文化街区"作为包容居民生活的街区而存在,它不仅满足街区居民生活的需求,同时也保留了最真实的历史信息,延续了动态的历史发展。本文通过对国内外历史街区理论发展与典型案例的分析,从环境层面、经济层面和社会层面了解历史文化街区存在的独特形式与意义,并以莆田市涵江区萝苜田历史文化街区为研究对象,总结现存的问题,探讨保护的措施,为我国历史文化街区的保护与规划提供借鉴。＂Historical and cultural Blocks＂ exist as a neighborhood that covers the lives of residents. It not only satisfies the needs of residents living in the neighborhood, but also retains the most realistic historical information and continues the dynamic historical development. Based on the analysis of the theoretical development of historical blocks and the typical cases at home and abroad, this paper studies the unique forms and meanings of historical and cultural blocks from the environmental level, the economic level and the social level, and studies Luomutian historical and cultural block in Hanjiang Region, Putian City, summarizes the existing problems, and explores the protection measures to provide references for the protection and planning of historical and cultural blocks in China.
