开放型小尺度街区在历史街区中的体现——以南头古城街区为例从街区特征论述街区活力的根源

摘　　要：南头古城街区由南山大道、深南大道、北环大道围合而成,包含南头古城、南头中学、中山公园、南城门四部分。南头古城街区作为体现地域文化特色的传统物质空间载体,是延续深圳城市发展脉络、反映传统生活方式的文化标识。这里居住着来自全国各地的来深工作的群体,人口的多样性,街道中各类小型商业业态,沿街道布置的便民公共服务设施,在一定程度保证了街区的活力。演化到今天,其所呈现的模样正是现今大力推行的小街区密路网的开放式街区格局。Nantou ancient city block is enclosed by Nanshan Avenue, Shennan Road and Beihuan Avenue. It consists of four parts Nantou ancient city, Nantou high school, Zhongshan park and south gate. Nantou ancient city block serves as a traditional material space carrier with regional cultural characteristics, which is a cultural identity to continue the development of Shenzhen city context, reflecting the traditional way of life. There are the working groups from all over the country, with a diversified population, various types of small commercial formats in streets, the public service facilities serving people conveniently along the street to ensure the vitality of the block to a certain extent. With the evolution up to now, the appearance is the layout of open block with the small streets of dense road network.
