摘　　要：本文通过国产的密封面自动堆焊设备堆焊法兰密封面(槽)耐蚀层,改善CO2气体保护药芯焊丝(FCAW)堆焊密封面(槽)的质量,提高生产效率,降低生产成本;选用国内外不锈钢CO_2气体保护药芯焊丝,采用合适的焊接工艺规程堆焊法兰密封面(槽)耐蚀层,使其满足有关加氢设备的技术要求。The anticorrosion layer of flange sealing surface（groove） is welded by the domestic automatic overlay welding equipment to improve the welding quality of FCAW,increase production efciency and reduce cost of production. The anticorrosion layer of fange sealing surface（groove）is welded with the domestic and foreign CO2 gas shielded fux cored wire and the appropriate welding process to meet the technical requirements of the hydrogenation equipment.
