摘　　要：从气相法聚丙烯生产工艺的技术特点方面,对Unipol工艺、Novolen工艺、Innovene工艺、Horizone工艺和Spherizone工艺的优点和缺点进行了阐述。通过分析当前我国聚丙烯产品结构存在的问题,提出了企业在聚丙烯工艺技术的选择上不要盲目追求单套装置产能,应该着眼于聚丙烯产品的发展方向,以聚丙烯产品结构过剩和结构短缺为主要推动力,选择先进的工艺技术,生产出性能优良的高端产品,从而在聚丙烯市场激烈的竞争中赢得先机。The advantage and shortage of gas phase polypropylene process is summarized,including the Unipol technology,the Novolentechnology,the Innovene technology,the Horizonetechnology and the Shperizone technology,from the aspect of thetechnical characteristics.By analyzing the problem that exists in polypropylene product structure currently in our country and the cause,theselection of gas phase polypropylene process should be according to the development direction of polypropylene product and the unnormal structure of polypropylene product structure surplus and structure shortage,producing high quality products with excellent performanceand winning the competition in the polypropylene market.
