摘　　要：埃博拉治疗中心(ETC)是2013年至2015年西非三国抗击埃博拉病毒病(EVD)疫情的主要医疗处置机构,在EVD肆虐西非期间,承担着患者的隔离、诊断、治疗以及出院后随访等综合职能,是国际社会在应对EVD大规模疫情暴发过程中开创出的特殊临床处置实体,是EVD疫情控制的关键功能单位。塞拉利昂是西非三国EVD疫情最严重、持续时间最长的国家,也是ETC数量最多、形式最多样、文化背景最繁杂的国家,在国际社会的通力协作下,塞国政府相关部门通过规范化ETC的建筑设计、科学工作人员配比及培训、标准化患者收治流程、固定例会及统一的数质量考核等,使不同背景、文化和管理模式的ETC实现了统一指挥、协调运行,为塞国EVD疫情的有效控制发挥了重要作用,为今后应对类似疫情暴发积累宝贵的经验。The Ebola treatment center （ETC） was the pivotal facilities to fght against Ebola outbreak in West Africa. The primary function of ETCs was in charge of patients isolation, diagnosing treatment and follow-up after being discharged. During the Ebola outbreak period, under the help of international organizations, the government of Sierra Leone （GoSL） has established many ETCs with various forms according to local circumstances successively. Through standardizing to construction of ETCs and scales of hospitalization of patients, managing staff of ETCs, training of staff, formulating ETCs standard operation procedure, issuing unifed quality control standard and evaluation indexes, and treatment regular meeting, GoSL implemented the unity command, coordinated management among all ETCs, which played the most important role in the EVD outbreak. The experience and knowledge included ETC building, coordination operation and clinical management, et al. GoSL obtained during this mission are of great value for the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases outbreaks in the future.
