摘　　要：实验动物运输福利是保障动物福利的重要一环。为顺利完成数量大、分组多且有围产期、哺乳期的转基因小鼠运输,创新性地采取独立通风笼具整体搬迁方式,将317笼(1 521只)品系为C57BL/6的SPF条件性敲除小鼠,在2 h内运输到代养单位饲养。通过制定运输计划、规范装卸与装载密度、控制运输环境、减少颠簸与运输时间、给予动物适应期等一系列运输措施,减少动物应激。据数据统计,运输的1 521只小鼠均未死亡,发生应激反应小鼠132只,占比8.68%。该运输实例既保障了实验小鼠的运输福利,又保证了科研数据的取得和试验结果的可信性。Laboratory animal welfare during transportation is an integral part of animal welfare. In order to effectively transport a batch of transgenic mice which were in great amount and divided into multiple groups,and some of them were in perinatal or lactating period,an innovative relocation method was adopted by using independent ventilation cages. A total of 317 cages （1521 C57b/6 mice） of conditional gene knockout SPF mice were transported into another animal center within 2 hours. During transportation,some measures were took for the purpose of reducing animal stress,such as planing transportation protocol,standardizing loading procedure and loading density,controlling transportation conditions,decreasing the transportation turbulence and duration,as well as leaving the adaptation period for these mice. In conclusion,this practice ensured the mice welfare during transportation,guaranteed the obtainment of research data and the reliability of research results.
