摘  要:目的探讨3D打印模型模拟手术辅助结合定制钢板内固定技术治疗骨盆骨折对临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月-2017年2月应用3D打印模型模拟手术辅助结合定制钢板内固定技术治疗骨盆骨折15例作为研究组,另选择同期行传统髂腹股沟入路重建钢板内固定治疗的15例骨盆骨折患者作为对照组,观察比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、Majeed评分及并发症情况。结果研究组患者的手术时间明显短于对照组、术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后的Majeed评分明显高于对照组,研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨盆及髋臼骨折的解剖复位优良率及复位质量优良率显着优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印结合定制钢板内固定技术治疗骨盆骨折是可行性的,具有手术时间短,患者术后疼痛轻、术中出血少,并发症少、骨折复位好等优越性,值得推广和应用。Objective To observe and explore the clinical efficacy,Majeed score and adverse event analysis of the pelvic fracture in the treatment of pelvic fracture with the use of 3 D printing model. Methods From January 2015 to February 2017 using3 D printing auxiliary model to simulate surgery combined with custom technology steel plate internal fixation treatment of 15 cases of pelvic fractures as a team,the other choice in the same period iliac groin into the traditional way of reconstruction plate internal fixation treatment as control group,15 patients with pelvic fractures compare two groups of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,Majeed score and complications. Results The time of operation of the patients in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The postoperative Majeed scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The optimal rate of recovery of pelvic and acetabular fractures in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The pain level of the group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion 3 D printing technology combined with custom plate fixation treatment of pelvic fractures is feasibility,with shorter operation time,postoperative pain in patients with weight,less intraoperative bleeding,fewer complications,and the fracture good advantages,such as worthy of popularization and application.
