摘 要:目的观察川崎病患儿的变异性指标与其血清NT-pro BNP及cTnⅠ水平的相关性。方法随机选取2012年1月~2016年3月于我院就诊的川崎病患儿98例作为观察组,按照患儿有无冠脉损害分为有冠脉损害的观察1组(n=30)与无冠脉损害的观察2组(n=68),并随机选取同期体检健康儿童49例作为对照组,检测各组儿童的心率变异性指标,并检查观察1组与观察2组患儿的与血清NT-pro BNP及cTnⅠ水平。结果观察组、观察1组、观察2组患儿的血清NT-pro BNP及cTnⅠ水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察1组患儿的血清NT-pro BNP及cTnⅠ水平均显著高于观察2组(P<0.05);观察组、观察1组、观察2组患儿的SDNN、SDANN、VLF以及LF、HF均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察1组患儿的SDNN、SDANN、VLF以及LF、HF均显著低于观察2组(P<0.05);川崎病患儿的血清NTpro BNP水平与SDNN及HF呈负相关(r=-0.517/-0.419,P<0.05);川崎病患儿的血清cTnⅠ水平与SDNN及HF呈负相关(r=-0.391/-0.345,P<0.05)。结论川崎病患儿的心率变异性指标与冠脉损害具有相关性,心率变异性指标的检测对判断川崎病患儿是否出现冠状动脉损害具有一定的临床价值。Objective To observe the correlation between the variation indexes of serum and NT-proBNP levels in children with Kawasaki disease (cTnI).Methods Randomly selected in January2012 -2016 year in March in our hospital, Kawasaki disease patients 98 cases as the observationgroup,according to the patients without coronary artery lesions were divided into coronary arterylesions were observed in the 1 groups(n=30) were observed and no coronary damage group(n=68),and2 randomly selected healthy children as control in 49 cases test group, the index of heartrate variability of all children, and check the observation group 1 and observation group2 pa鄄tients with serum NT-proBNP and cTnI levels.Results The observation group, serum NT-proBNPand cTnI levels were observed in1 groups,observed2 groups of children were significantly higherthan control group(P〈0.05); serum NT-proBNP and cTnI levels and to observe the1 groups ofchildren were significantly higher than that observed in the2 groups(P〈0.05); the observationgroup, the observation group 1,observation of 2 groups of children with SDNN and SDANN VLF,LF, and HF were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05); and the1 groups were observed in SDNN, SDANN, LF,VLF and HF were significantly lower than that observed in the2groups(P〈0.05); the serumNNT-proBNP level in children with Kawasaki disease was negativelycorrelated with SDNN and HF(r=-0.517/-0.419,P〈0.05); the level of serum cTnI Kawasaki diseasewas negatively correlated with SDNN and HF(r=-0.391/-0.345,P〈0.05).Conclusion The heart ratevariability index of children with Kawasaki disease is related to coronary artery damage. The detection of heart rate variability index has certain clinical value in judging whether there was coronary artery damage in children with Kawasaki disease.
