摘  要:本研究以12份棉花品种为材料,用三对多态性丰富的SSR引物对变性和非变性PAGE检测法进行比较分析。结果表明,两种检测方法鉴定单株个体基因型的类型一致;变性PAGE检测法检测结果清晰,但操作过程繁琐;非变性PAGE检测法操作相对简单、检测通量高,更适用于材料的高通量检测分析。Three SSR primer pairs with high polymorphism and 12 cotton varieties were used to comparatively analyze the denatured and non-denatured PAGE detection methods. The results indicated that the type of individual genotype which was identified by the two detection methods was consistent. The testing results of denatured PAGE were more clear,but its operation process was complex. The operation process of non-denatured PAGE was simple and it had high test flux,which was more suitable for high throughput detection analysis.
