摘　　要：文章对网络空间联合反恐作战的基本内涵进行了辨析,阐述了网络空间联合反恐作战指挥效能的主要评价指标,研究了指挥效能评介指标的具体度量方法,并提出了基于作战实验的网络空间联合反恐作战效能评估方法。The paper analyzes the basic connotation of cyberspace combined with anti-terrorism operations, expounds the main evaluation indexes of the effectiveness of cyberspace joint anti-terrorism combat command, studies the specific measurement method of index performance evaluation index, and puts forward the cyberspace joint anti- Combat Effectiveness Assessment Method.
