摘　　要：阐述重庆市璧山区土地承包经营基本情况和农村土地使用权流转现状,总结已有的做法及成效,并指出目前存在困难和问题,提出进一步推进农村土地股份制改革的对策建议。This paper expounded the basic situation of land contract management and circulation of rural land use right in Bishan district of Chongqing city.Then summarized the existing practices and results,and pointed out the difficulties and problems.Finally,the paper put forward the suggestions on further promoting the system-joint-stock reform of rural land.
