海岛县城乡统筹绩效评价研究——以长海县为例

摘　　要：城乡统筹绩效是判断城乡统筹发展程度的重要依据。以长海县为例,通过构建城乡统筹评价指标体系,采用关联度分析法、城乡统筹绩效函数定量评价海岛城乡统筹发展情况。研究结果表明:长海县城乡统筹绩效呈现较好的上升发展趋势,城乡统筹绩效指数从2006年的0.159逐步上升到2015年的0.823;城乡统筹绩效指数中的居民生活水平和社会发展水平发展较慢,影响长海县城乡统筹发展的整体水平;城乡统筹空间差异较大。Urban and rural integrated performance is an important basis for judging the overall development of urban and rural areas.Taking Changhai County as an example,the integrated development of islands and rural areas is evaluated through the correlation analysis method and the urban and rural planning performance function by constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for urban and rural areas.The results reveal:the overall performance of urban and rural areas in Changhai County is showing a trend of growth,with the urban-rural overall performance index rising from 0.159 in 2006 to 0.823 in 2015;the living standard and social development level of the residents in the urban and rural areas develop at a low speed,which affects the overall level of the development of the urban and rural areas in Changhai County;and there is a big difference between urban and rural areas.
