摘　　要：以凤凰出版传媒集团融合发展实践为例,从媒体、技术、行业、渠道、体制及地域视角深入剖析了其多维度转型路径,提出对我国出版业转型的三点启示:制定数字化战略,明确数字出版方向;奠定数字化基础,提供数字出版保障;转变管理模式,创新数字服务方式。Taking the convergence development practice of Phoenix Publishing & Media Group as the example,the paper analyzes its multi-dimensional transformation path from the perspectives of media,technology,industry,channel,system and region.And then,it puts forward three suggestions on the transformation of the publishing industry in China:make digital strategy and define the direction of digital publishing;lay the foundation of digitalization and provide guarantee for digital publishing;and change management mode and innovate digital service mode.
