摘　　要：面对全球气候变化,中国政府在2014中国年APEC领导人峰会之际,提出了APEC低碳示范城镇推广活动,加强与国际合作交流.通过整理首批入库城镇资料,依次对本次参评城镇的区域分布基本特征,技术路径、规划成果和国际合作程度,以及低碳城镇的评价办法等三个方面的数据资料,进行了全面的统计分析,得出了中国首次APEC低碳示范城镇推广活动的成功和不足之处.同时,对APEC低碳示范城镇推广活动提出一些可行性的建议,为以后国内外低碳城镇发展提供参考意见.In the face of the global climate change,Chinese government has put forward the APEC lowcarbon demonstration town promotional activities on the occasion of the 2014 China APEC summit,to strengthen international communication and cooperation.By collating the first batch town data which were included in the database,we did comprehensive and statistical analysis on the data of the participating towns,in order from basic characteristics of the regional distribution,technological path,the planning results and international cooperation degree,as well as the evaluation methods of low-carbon town,obtained the success and deficiency of the first APEC Chinese lowcarbon demonstration town promotion activities.At the same time,we put forward some effective suggestions on APEC low-carbon demonstration town promotion activities,provide the reference for the development of the domestic and foreign low carbon towns in the future.
