摘　　要：通过专家访谈和网络层次分析法的应用,分析了我国政府在制定风力发电上网电价价格体系时要考虑的基本影响要素.结果表明,企业的技术水平、国产化率、企业经营战略、技术获取策略所占比重较大,应优先考虑.Through the expert interviews and application of network analytic process,this paper analyzes the basic factors that influence our government in setting up the system of wind power feed-in tariff.The results show that the technological level,localization,business strategy,technology-acquisition strategy of enterprises have a larger proportion and should be given priorities.
