摘　　要：简绍了一种提炼黄金用的活性炭再生炉.利用活性炭的导电性和电阻特性,在活性炭粒之间通电,产生电阻热来加热活性炭,使活性炭产生物理化学反应,从而达到活性炭的再生.本再生炉机构采用立式结构,主要由进料仓、机架、耐高温炉体、电极、中心石墨柱、连接套、输送装置等部分组成.The activated-carbon regeneration furnace for refining gold is mainly introduced in this paper.With electrical conductivity and resistance characteristic of the activated carbon,activated carbon granule is charged with electricity to produce heat resistance for heating activated carbon,making the activated carbon produce physical and chemical reaction so as to achieve the regeneration of activated carbon.The activated carbon is heated by resistance heat coming from the energization of activated carbon granules through its electrical conductivity and resistance characteristics,which produces physical and chemical reactions in activated carbon and achieves its regeneration.The regeneration furnace uses vertical structure and is mainly composed of storage material feed bin,rack,high temperature furnace body,electrode,central graphite column,connecting set,discharge conveyor,etc.
