摘 要:纤维素作为一种储量丰富的可再生资源,对其资源化利用的研究引起人们越来越广泛的关注.报道了以棉纤维为碳源,采用简单的高温碳化处理制备得到形貌均匀的碳纤维.为了保持碳纤维的形貌,采用均匀浇筑方法制备碳纤维/石蜡混合物并测试其电磁性能.结果表明,当固定碳纤维含量仅为10%时,碳纤维复合材料的反射率达-10 dB的频段范围为4.7~17.04 GHz,有望用作轻质、宽频和高效的吸波材料.As a kind of renewable resources with abundant reserves,the research on cellulose utilization has attracted more and more attention.In this study,cotton fibers were served as precursor and carbon fibers with uniform morphology were prepared by high temperature carbonization process.In order to maintain the morphology of the carbon fiber,the measured samples were prepared by uniformly mixing the prepared carbon fiber with a wax matrix by heat-assisted impregnation and the electromagnetic properties were investigated.The result showed that when the mass content of carbon fiber in composite is only 10%,the effective absorbing frequency ranges(RL<-10 dB) of composite is 4.7-17.04 GHz,which is expected to be used as light,broadband and efficient absorbing material.
