摘　　要：目的掌握2014年广西居民健康素养水平,为医疗卫生和健康教育与健康促进工作提供决策依据。方法采用分层多阶段整群及PPS抽样方法,抽取全区12个监测点非集体居住的15~69岁常住人口进行问卷调查,对3116份有效问卷进行分析。结果经加权计算后,2014年广西健康素养总体水平为6.18%,城市高于农村,男性高于女性,40岁以下年龄者高于以上年龄者,文化程度越高素养水平越高。三方面素养水平分别为:基本技能素养11.19%、基本知识和理念素养10.75%、健康生活方式与行为素养6.93%;6类健康问题素养水平分别为:安全与急救素养35.66%、科学健康观素养19.21%、传染病防治素养16.01%、健康信息获取素养11.44%、基本医疗素养10.78%、慢性病防治素养3.23%。结论 2014年广西居民健康素养平均还处于较低水平,仍应继续加强健康教育与健康促进工作。Objective To grasp the health literacy rate of Guangxi, and provide basis for decision-making for health care, health education and health promotion. Methods Stratified multistage cluster and PPS sampling methods were adopted in the surveillance, non-collective residents aged 15 -69 years from 12 monitoring points were investigated, and on the recovery of 3116 effective questionnaires were an alyzed. Results The proportion of residents with health literacy was 6. 18%. The level of health literacy rate was higher among the males than among the female, higher among the urban resi- dents than among the rural residents, higher among the resident under 40 years old than among those aged 40 years old and above. The higher the education level of the respondents, the higher the proportion of health literacy. The proportion of the residents with basic health skills literacy, basic knowledge and concepts lite~＇acy, lifestyle and behavior literacy was 11.19%, 10. 75%, 6. 93%. The rate of six health issues as safety and first aid was 35.66%, scientific view of health was 19. 21%, prevention of communicable diseases was 16.01%, health information was 11.44%, basic medical care was 10. 78%, and prevention of chronic diseases was 3.23%. Conclusion The level of health literacy rate among residents in Guangxi was very low. More effective intervention measures should be implemented to improve the level of health literacy.
