应用改良三点式重睑术矫治上睑皮肤松弛临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨上睑皮肤松弛患者采用改良三点式重睑术治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年8月至2016年8月本院收治的45例上睑皮肤松弛患者作为观察组,行改良三点式重睑治疗。另选同期于本院行传统重睑术治疗的上睑皮肤松弛患者30例作为对照组,对患者进行为期6个月的随访调查,观察并记录两组患者术后恢复时间、一期愈合率、并发症发生情况以及患者满意度评价。结果:观察组患者一期愈合率97.78%,且无并发症发生,平均恢复时间(33.89±7.14)d,与对照组比较有明显统计学意义(t=17.6090,P=0.0000);观察组患者中仅1例不满意,满意率高达97.78%,对照组满意率为80.00%,两组比较有统计学意义(u=2.8210,P=0.0048)。结论:采用改良三点式重睑术治疗上睑皮肤松弛患者临床疗效较好,重睑效果自然逼真且持久度高,并发症少,患者疼痛轻,术后恢复时间短,患者满意率高,值得广泛推荐应用于临床。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modifed three point double eyelid surgery treatment in patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, 45 patients with upper eyelid skin laxity treated in our hospital were selected as observation group,and modifed three point double eyelid treatment.30 cases of upper eyelid skin relaxation in patients with the same period in our hospital for another traditional double eyelid surgery treatment as the control group.The patients were followed up for 6 months,and the recovery time, primary healing rate, complication rate and satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results Observe patients healing rate of 97.78%, and no complications occurred, observe group average restore time （33.89±7.14） d, statistically signifcant compared with the control group （t=17.6090, P=0.0000）, not satisfed with only 1 case in the observation group, satisfaction rate of 97.78%; Satisfaction rate of 80% in the control group, the two groups was statistically signifcant （u=2.8210, P=0.0048）. Conclusion Double eyelid operation by modified three-point for treatment of upper eyelid Cutis Laxa patients clinical curative natural double eyelid effect and high durability, fewer complications, and patients with less pain, postoperative recovery time is short, high patient satisfaction rates, and widely recommended in clinical.
