带蒂旋股外侧动脉降支皮瓣修复股骨大转子压疮创面疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用带蒂旋股外侧动脉降支皮瓣修复股骨大转子压疮的疗效。方法:选取2003年1月-2015年12月笔者单位收治的8例股骨大转子压疮患者,共12处创面,压疮均为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期,面积为10cm×12cm^15cm×19cm,采用带蒂旋股外侧动脉降支皮瓣修复创面。结果:所有皮瓣全部成活,色泽及外观较好,外形满意;术后随访6~24个月,均未见压疮复发。结论:带蒂旋股外侧动脉降支皮瓣可切取面积大、抗感染能力强、耐磨耐压性好,是修复股骨大转子压疮的较好选择。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of repairing pressure ulcers wounds at the femoral greater trochanter area with pedicle fap of descending branch of the lateral femoral circumfex artery. Methods Eight patients with pressure soresat the femoral greater trochanter area were hospitalized from January 2003 to December 2015. All of the 12 pressure soreswounds ranged from 10cm×12cm to 15cm×19cm in area. Pedicle faps of descending branch of the lateral femoral circumfex artery were used to repair these defects. Results All of the flapssurvived well and the colour and appearance were satisfactory.Patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months after transplantation and the pressure soresdid notrecur. Conclusion Pedicle fap of descending branch of the lateral femoral circumfex artery, with the characteristics of large donor area, strong resistance to infection and with wear and pressure resistance, is suitable for repairing pressure sores over femoral greater trochanter.
