摘　　要：目的:探讨采用每侧25~50点、每点2U注射A型肉毒毒素塑形小腿的安全性和有效性。方法:自2015年1月至2016年1月,对28例因腓肠肌肥大引起的小腿形态不佳的求美者,以腓肠肌内、外侧头局部突出明显部位为主进行A型肉毒毒素(Botulinum toxin A,BTX-A)注射塑形,其浓度为2U/0.1ml,采用每侧25~50点、每点2U的注射方法行双侧小腿注射,注射总剂量100~200U,观察注射后效果及不良反应情况。结果:随访6个月,所有求美者小腿形态均得到明显改善,小腿呈现纤细外观,效果满意,无小腿活动受限、局部凹凸不平等不良反应。结论:采用每侧25~50点、每点2U注射A型肉毒毒素能安全有效地改善小腿形态,效果满意。Objective To explore the safety and efficiency of the botulinum toxin A（BTX-A） injection method of 2U each site,25-50 sites each leg in cosmetic calf slimming and contouring. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,28 cases with physiological gastrocnemius muscle hypertrophy were included in our study,BTX-A of 2U each site was injected into both the medial and lateral heads of gastrocnemius muscle, 25-50 sites each leg,the photographs were taken to monitor the contour improvement and the adverse effects were recorded. Results With the following up for at least 6 months,gastrocnemius muscle bulk was suffciently reduced and the calf become slander,all the cases were satisfed with aesthetic results of the calf, there was no severe complication observed. Conclusion The BTX-A injection method of 2U each site,25-50 sites each leg is a safe and effective option in calf slimming and contouring.
