右侧下颌骨岛误诊为牙骨质瘤一例

摘　　要：骨岛是松质骨内成熟的致密骨,颌骨骨岛相对少见,此类患者多无临床症状,常由影像学检查发现,一般无需治疗。现报道笔者临床上收治的右侧下颌骨骨岛误诊为牙骨质瘤一例,以期提高临床医生对骨岛的认识。The mature compact bone in cancellous bone is named bone island. The bone island in jaw is rare, and is fnd out by medicalimageology examination without clinical symptoms. Medical intervention is not need. There is a case of the bone island in mandible misdiagnosed as a dental osteoma. The author report it for cognitive enhancement of the bone island.
