摘　　要：组织工程皮肤是通过培养功能细胞,将其与细胞外基质和适当的支架材料相互作用,构成的具有生物活性的人工皮肤替代物。本文简要介绍了构成组织工程皮肤的种子细胞及支架材料,并对其在化妆品腐蚀性安全性,化妆品刺激性安全性,化妆品成分的经皮吸收及致突变性,化妆品光毒性和化妆品抗衰老功效等检测应用方面的研究进展进行综述。Tissue engineered skin is a biologically active artifcial skin substitute, which is formed by the interaction of the extracellular matrix and the appropriate scaffold materials with the functional cells. This paper briefly introduces several composition speccies of seed cells and scaffold materials of tissue engineering skin, Besides, this article also reviews the application progress of tissue engineering skin in cosmetic corrosion safety, cosmetic irritant safety, cosmetic percutaneous absorption and mutagenicity of cosmetics, light toxicity and cosmetic anti-aging effcacy testing.
