脊髓损伤患者对下肢深静脉血栓的认知水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查首次住院治疗的脊髓损伤患者对下肢深静脉血栓的认知情况,并对其影响因素进行分析,为医护人员的宣教工作做出指导。方法对符合纳入标准的157名脊髓损伤患者进行调查,采用患者一般情况调查表、疾病相关资料调查表及下肢深静脉血栓基本知识调查表,使用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据的统计分析。结果 (1)对下肢深静脉血栓的认知条目均分(3.04±0.43)分,处于"一般了解"水平;其中DVT相关概念条目均分为(2.17±0.43)分,处于"不了解"水平;对DVT重视程度条目均分为(4.39±0.81)分,处于"重视"水平。(2)多元线性回归分析结果:患者学历、住院天数、是否接受循环泵及预防血栓药物的治疗是脊髓损伤患者对深静脉血栓认知的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论脊髓损伤患者普遍重视下肢深静脉血栓的预防,但对下肢深静脉血栓的相关知识非常不了解,医务人员需要对脊髓损伤患者加强有关下肢深静脉血栓的相关知识的宣教,以提高患者对下肢深静脉血栓的认知。Objective To investigate the cognition of deep venous thrombosis （DVT） of patients with spinal cord injury in the first hospitalization, and to analyze the influencing factors and provide guidance for the mis- sionary work of medical staff. Methods A total of 157 spinal cord injury patients who met the inclusion cri teria were investigated,general questionnaire,disease related data questionnaire and basic knowledge of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were adopted.SPSSIT.0 statistical software was used to statistical analysis of data. Results The cognitive items of deep venous thrombosis was in lower extremity （3.04＋0.43） ,and In the ＂generalunderstanding＂ level ; among of them, the entries of DV related concept was （ 2.17 ± 0.43 ）, and in very low Level; the entries of importance degree was（4.39 ± 0.81） ,and the score was higher.A multiple re- gression analysis showed that record of formal schooling,the number of hospita! days,whether to accept the circulating pump and the prevention of thrombosis drug treatment were the influence factors of the patients with spinal cord injuries.Conclusion Patients with spinal cord injuries generally pay attention to the preven- tion of deep vein thrombosis, but the knowledge of deep vein thrombosis is pool, medical personnel need to strengthen the education about deep vein thrombosis for patients with spinal cord injuries, in order to improve the cognition of patients with deep venous thrombosis.
