妊娠早期亚临床甲减对新生儿LP、IGF-1水平的影响及与生长发育的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠早期亚临床甲减对新生儿LP、IGF-1水平的影响及与生长发育的关系。方法选取该院2012年1月—2014年12月接收的妊娠早期亚临床甲减产妇68例为观察组,以同期于该院分娩的健康产妇68例为对照组。观察二组新生儿LP、IGF-1水平,对比二组新生儿生长发育各指标情况。分析妊娠早期亚临床甲减新生儿LP、IGF-1水平与生长发育指标间的关系。结果观察组新生儿LP、IGF-1水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿身长、体重、BMI等生长发育指标与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠早期亚临床甲减新生儿体重、身长、BMI等生长发育指标与LP、IGF-1均呈正相关关系,新生儿LP、IGF-1水平越高生长发育越好。结论妊娠早期亚临床甲减可影响新生儿LP、IGF-1水平,新生儿LP、IGF-1水平越低其生长发育越慢。Objective To explore the influence of subclinical hypothyroidism in early pregnant on LP and IGF - 1 levels of newborns and ralations with growth and development.Methods Sixty- eight cases of early preg- nant women with subclinical hypothyroidism received in author＇s hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were as the observation group, and 68 cases of healthy women at the same period were as the control group.LP and IGF- 1 levels were observed in the two groups,and indicators of growth and development were contrasted between the two groups. Ralations between LP and IGF- 1 levels of newborns and indicators of growth and development were analyzed.Results Levels of LP and IGF 1 in the observation group were sig- nificantly lower than those in the control group {P〈0.05）.Neonatal length and weight,BMI and other growth indexes in the observation group were significantly different when compared with those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Early subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy weight, body length, BMI growth and development indexes and LP and IGF- 1 were positively correlated to LP and IGF- 1 levels.The higher LP,IGF- 1 levels were, the better growth and development of the newborn were.Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism in ear- ly pregnant can affect neonatal LP, IGF- 1 levels, and the lower LP, IGF- 1 levels are, the slower the growth and develooment are.
