摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟+角色代入式健康教育对初发2型糖尿病患者自我管理状态的影响。方法将我科2016年7—12月收治142例初发2型糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组各71例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予情景模拟+角色代入式健康教育,干预前后依据糖尿病患者自我管理评估量表对二组患者的自我管理能力进行评估与比较;观察记录二组患者干预前后血糖控制情况,并行统计分析与比较。结果观察组患者饮食控制、规律运动、遵医服药、血糖监测、低血糖处理分值均明显高于对照组,血糖、糖化血红蛋白代谢指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采用情景模拟+角色代入式健康教育能提高初发2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力,患者的不良生活方式得到了改善,生活质量得到了提高,效果明显,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of the situation simulation plus role substituting health educa- tion on self- management of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From July 2016 to December,142 cases of incipient type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,71 cases in each group.Control group was treated with health education with PPT lectures, while observation group re- ceived simulate plus role in health education. And then the patients" self- management ability was evaluated and compared according to patients with diabetes self- management assessment scale before and after the in- tervention of two groups.The parallel statistical analysis and comparison were recorded.Results In observa- tion group, patients diet, regular exercise, according to the medical treatment, blood sugar monitoring, low blood sugar processing scores were significantly higher than that of control group, but whose blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin metabolic index were lower than the control group,the difference was statistical- ly significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Scenarios simulation plus role in health education can improve the incip- ient type 2 diabetes self- management ability,change the patient's lifestyle, improve the quality of life, and it is worth promoting with obvious effects.
