摘  要:目的对小儿骨折患者应用互动健康教育模式护理的效果进行探讨。方法选取小儿骨折患者共84例进行护理干预,将其分组比较,各组42例,观察组给予互动健康教育模式进行护理,对照组给予常规教育模式进行护理,比较二组患儿家长对护理质量的评分及护理并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组的护理质量的评分均比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对小儿骨折患者应用互动健康教育模式进行护理,可保证护理质量,提高患儿治疗的依从性,降低各类并发症发生率,相比常规健康教育模式,更具有推广的价值。Objective To explore the application value and nursing effects of interactive health education pat-tern in patients with pediatric fractures.Methods A total of 84 patients with pediatric fractures were treated with nursing intervention experiment, and divided into two groups, each group 42 eases. Observation group was given health education model of interactive care,while control group was given conventional nursing edu- cation mode.The parents score of nursing quality and nursing complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group, the observation group of nursing quality scores were relatively high with an obvious differences, and proved that there was statistical significance (P〈0.05).In addition, the incidence of complications of observation group was significantly lower than the control groupl namely (4. 76%) ,%(28.56%),proved that there was statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion Clinical application in patients with pediatric fractures interactive nursing health education model, can guarantee the quality of care,improve children with treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of various complications, compared with the conventional health education pattern,has the value of promotion.
