摘　　要：特朗普把美国贸易逆差与美国制造业联系起来,指责贸易逆差造成美国制造业衰退及工人失业。事实上,在全球供应链背景下美国制造业没有出现衰退,其发展趋势与其他发达国家是一致的,且表现优于其他国家。全球供应链的客观要求是减少贸易和投资障碍,贸易和投资自由化的精髓是疏通供应链。美国是全球最开放的经济体之一,特朗普实施贸易保护主义政策将扰乱美国制造业的全球供应链,最终伤害美国经济自身。Trump connects the US trade deficit with manufacturing,promised to renew negotiations on free trade agreements,increase import barriers,bringing jobs back to the United States.This paper argues that recession did not appear in American manufacturing against the background of global supply chain.The development trend of the manufacturing industry in the U.S.is the same with that in other developed countries and the performance of the United States is better than other countries.The objective requirements of the global supply chain is to reduce barriers to trade and investment,the essence of trade and investment liberalization is to achieve free flow in the supply chain.The United States is one of the world's most open economies.If Trump implement protectionist policies,it will disrupt the global supply chain of American manufacturing and eventually hurt the American economy.
