摘  要:以30Cr13马氏体不锈钢化学成分为基础,使用真空电弧熔炼炉调制出不同硅含量的30Cr13系列不锈钢试样,采用浸泡试验和电化学方法研究了合金元素Si及淬火温度对其组织及耐蚀性的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜分析试样腐蚀后的形貌。结果表明:Si含量的升高促进了铁素体形成,从而增大了碳化物析出活性,碳化物含量增多,材料腐蚀质量损失增加,抗点蚀性能下降,同时淬火温度的提高可以使更多的碳固溶进基体当中,减少碳化物析出,提高抗点蚀性能。Based on the chemical composition of 30Cr13 martensitic stainless steel,different silicon content samples were prepared by a vacuum arc melting furnace,and the effects of alloying elements and quenching temperature on 30Cr13 stainless steel microstructure and corrosion resistance were studied.Scanning electron microscopy was used to analyze the corrosion morphology of samples after corrosion.It was found that with the increase of silicon content,ferrite formation was promoted,thereby the activity of carbide precipitation,and carbon content increased,leading to corrosion weight loss increase and pitting performance decrease.At the same time,with the increase of quenching temperature,more carbon soliddissolved into the matrix,which reduced the carbide precipitation and improved the pitting corrosion resistance.
