胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌感染与IL-2及IL-8的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌感染与白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的相关性。方法选择医院2016年1月-12月胃癌患者370例作为胃癌组,选择同期胃黏膜正常患者370例作为对照组,采用ELISA法测定两组幽门螺杆菌阳性及阴性患者血清和胃液IL-2和IL-8水平。结果胃癌组幽门螺杆菌阳性患者血清IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-8水平高于对照组(P<0.05);胃癌组幽门螺杆菌阴性患者血清IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-8水平高于对照组(P<0.05);胃癌组:幽门螺杆菌阳性患者血清IL-2水平低于幽门螺杆菌阴性患者(P<0.05),幽门螺杆菌阳性患者血清IL-8水平高于幽门螺杆菌阴性患者(P<0.05);对照组:幽门螺杆菌阳性患者血清IL-2和血清IL-8水平与幽门螺杆菌阴性患者比较差异无统计学意义;幽门螺杆菌阳性:胃癌组胃液IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05),胃癌组胃液IL-8水平高于对照组(P<0.05);幽门螺杆菌阴性:胃癌组胃液IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05),胃癌组胃液IL-8水平高于对照组(P<0.05);胃癌组:幽门螺杆菌阳性患者胃液IL-2水平低于幽门螺杆菌阴性患者(P<0.05),幽门螺杆菌阳性患者胃液IL-8水平高于幽门螺杆菌阴性患者(P<0.05);对照组:幽门螺杆菌阳性患者胃液IL-2和IL-8水平和幽门螺杆菌阴性患者比较差异无统计学意义;胃癌组治疗后幽门螺杆菌清除率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清和胃液中IL-2水平下降、IL-8水平升高,胃癌幽门螺杆菌阳性患者IL-2水平下降和IL-8水平升高更显著。OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infections and interleukin-2（IL-2） and interleukin-8（IL-8）of gastric cancer patients.METHODS Totally 370 gastric cancer patients who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 were chosen as the gastric cancer group,meanwhile,370 patients with normal gastric mucosa were set as the control group.The levels of serum and gastric juice IL-2 and IL-8 of the H. pylori-positive patients and H.pylori-negative patients were determined by using ELISA.RESULTS The level of serum IL-2 of the H.pylori-positive patients was significantly lower in the gastric cancer group than in the control group（P〈0.05）;the level of serum IL-8 of the H.pylori-positive patients was significantly higher in the gastric cancer group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The level of serum IL-2 of the H.pylori-negative patients was significantly lower in the gastric cancer group than in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the level of serum IL-8 of the H.pylori-negative patients was significantly higher in the gastric cancer group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.In the gastric cancer group,the level of serum IL-2 of the H.pylori-positive patients was significantly lower than that of the H.pylori-negative patients（P〈0.05）,and the level of serum IL-8 of the H.pylori-posi-tive patients was significantly higher than that of the H.pylori-negative patients（P〈 0.05）.In the control group,there was no significant difference in the level of serum IL-2 or IL-8 between the H.pylori-negative pa-tients and the H.pylori-positive patients.The level of gastric juice IL-2 of the H.pylori-positive patients was significantly lower in the gastric cancer group than in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the level of gastric juice IL-8 of the H.pylori-positive patients was significantly higher in the gastric cancer group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.The level of gastric juice IL-2 of the H.pylori-negative patients was significantly lower in the gas
