摘 要:本试验旨在研究四层层叠密闭式本交笼养鸡舍春季不同位置舍内环境参数差异及其相关性。以四层层叠密闭式本交笼养鸡舍为研究对象,每天6∶00~8∶00、12∶00~14∶00和18∶00~20∶00测定蛋鸡舍内各观测点风速、温度、相对湿度、光照强度、CO_2浓度和O_2含量环境参数。从湿帘端到风机端风速和CO_2浓度显著增加(P<0.05),温度和相对湿度呈逐渐降低趋势。H_(1.47m)和H_(2.33m)测定点的光照强度、风速和温度显著高于H_(0.64m)和H_(3.16m)(P<0.05),而相对湿度呈相反趋势(P<0.05)。H_(0.64m)和H_(1.47m)的CO_2浓度显著高于H_(2.33m)和H_(3.16m)(P<0.05),而O_2含量则呈相反趋势(P<0.05)。12∶00~14∶00的光照强度、风速、温度和O_2含量显著高于其它时间段(P<0.05),而相对湿度和CO_2浓度则较低(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示风速与温度、风速与O_2含量以及温度与O_2含量呈显著正相关,而相对湿度与风速、温度和O_2含量以及CO_2浓度与温度和O_2含量呈显著负相关。本结果建议应根据鸡舍内环境实际情况以及各个参数间的相关性合理调整饲养管理以提高种鸡生产性能和养殖场经济效益。The objective of this paper was to investigate the variation of environmental parameters and their correlation analysis at different measuring points in enclosed layer breeder house installed natural mating cages with four overlap tiers in spring. All data including air velocity, temperature, relative humidity, light intensity, CO2 concentration and oxygen content were collected during the period of 6:00 to 8:00, 12:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 20:00 daily, respectively. The results showed that air velocity and concentration of CO2 became greater, while temperature and relative humidity were gradually reduced along with the distance from the damp curtain to fan side. Light intensity, air velocity and temperature were significantly higher at H1.47m and H233m than at H0.64m and H3.16m (P〈0.05)while relative humidity showed the opposite trend (P〈0.05). CO2 concentration were significantly higher at H06,m and H1.47m than at other tiers (P〈0.05) However, oxygen content showed the opposite trend (P〈0.05). Light intensity, air velocity, temperature and oxygen content were significantly higher at 12:00 to 14:00 than at 6:00 to 8:00 and 18:00 to 20:00 (P〈0.05) while relative humidity and CO: concent ration were relatively lower than other period (P〈0.05). Correlation analysis indicated that air velocity positively correlated with temperature and oxygen content, and temperature positively correlated with oxygen content. However, relative humidity negatively correlated with air velocity, temperature and oxygen content, and concentration of CO2 negatively correlated with temperature and oxygen content. The results suggest that management should be adjusted reasonably according to the actual environmental parameters and their correlations so as to improve the performances of layer breeders and economic benefits of the farms.
