摘　　要：下颈椎前路经椎弓根螺钉(cervical anterior transpedicular screw,ATPS)技术是下颈椎重建领域的重要发现,尤其是在多节段减压重建时优势明显。本文综述该技术的基础研究、专用固定器械及临床应用新进展,并指出了目前临床应用中存在的主要问题。The technology of cervical anterior transpedieular screw （ATPS） is an important achievement for lower cervical spine reconstruction, especially in the multi-segment decompression ant] reconstruction. This paper aims to review the latest ba- sic research of ATPS, special instrumentation and clinical application, and explain the major problem in the application.
