摘　　要：文章以分层随机抽样为例,介绍了在完整抽样框下,运用R软件完成样本的抽取与总体参数的估计的方法,以及在仅样本数据的情况下(非完整抽样框),如何运用R软件完成总体参数的估计。This paper takes the stratified random sampling as an example, and proposes a method for sample extraction and ~opulation parameter estimation by using R software under the frame of complete sampling. And the paper also introduces how to use R software to complete the population parameter estimation in the case of only sample data （non-complete sampling frame）.
