摘 要:以5.0mm厚高强钢板为实验材料,采用Nd:YAG激光-MAG电弧复合焊接方法,研究了焊接速度对复合焊接熔滴过渡特征、工艺稳定性和焊缝形貌的影响。结果表明:当激光功率与电弧能量都固定时,焊接速度变化对焊缝质量的影响主要体现在热影响区面积上,焊接速度越快热影响区面积越小;而对熔滴过渡的影响主要体现在,焊接速度过低时激光匙孔很难形成,过高时熔滴过渡频率加快。The experimental material is 5.0 mm thick high strength steel plate,and analyzes the weld shaping,process stability and droplets transfer characteristics of Nd:YAG laser-MAG hybrid welding with different welding speed.Experimental results show that:when the laser power and the arc power are fixed,the effect of welding speed on the quality of weld is mainly reflected in the area of heat affected area,the faster the welding speed,the smaller the area;and about the droplet transfer,the keyhole formation is hard to molding when the welding speed is too slow,when it is fast,the frequency of droplets transfer is faster.
