摘 要:为了进一步研究寻找3D打印技术在医疗方面的研究领域,例如口腔正畸方面多为传统钢丝结合金属或陶瓷托槽的方式进行牙齿矫正,不仅给患者带来语言交流障碍及各种不适感,而且在美观度等问题上均存在劣势。3D打印技术具有成型精度高,制件周期短,可应对各种复杂结构的特点以及其的快速发展,在口腔正畸学中得以快速应用。目前可应用口腔正畸中的3D打印技术可分为光固化快速成型技术与选区激光熔化技术,并对口腔正畸过程中包括正畸模型的制作,个性化舌侧托槽的制作与转移托盘的制作方面对国内外的研究现状做一综述与分析,分析了不足,指出了未来在口腔正畸过程中可应用3D打印技术的研究方向。In order to further study for medical research field of 3D printing technology,such as more traditional orthodontic wire with metal or ceramic brackets for orthodontics,not only to patients with communication disorders and discomfort,but also in the appearance of the problem,there are disadvantages.3D printing technology has the advantages of high precision,short work piece cycle,and can deal with various complex structures and its rapid development in oral orthodontics can be quickly applied.The application of 3D printing technology in orthodontic treatment can be divided into stereo lithography technology and selective laser melting technology,and in the process of orthodontics,including the production of orthodontic model,customized lingual brackets and the production of transfer tray of the research at home and abroad are reviewed and analyzed,analysis the shortcomings and pointed out the direction of future research can be applied to 3D printing technology in orthodontic process.
