中原城市群产业分工格局演变与功能定位研究

摘　　要：基于分产业从业人员数据,从产业价值链角度对产业进行归类,利用改进的区位熵指数对中原城市群2005—2014年间的城市产业分工格局进行历史分析,提出各城市发展的功能定位。研究发现:中原城市群产业结构的吸纳就业能力逐渐增强,主要集中于制造业、其他工业和其他服务业,而生产性服务业发育迟缓;中原城市群职能强度的区位熵值显著下降,反映城市群的产业发展趋同性增强,而专业化分工正在弱化;2014年,中原城市群的产业分工格局为:漯—济—焦—许—郑5市的制造业突出,平—新2市的分别是采矿业和建筑业等其他工业发展显著,郑—洛2市高级生产性服务业职能凸显,郑—洛—焦—汴4市的一般生产性服务业地位重要,洛—汴—许3市的教育、卫生、社会保障和社会福利业,以及公共管理和社会组织等其他服务业发展显赫。Constructing an urban agglomeration that fimctionally complements and coordinates well between core cities will effectively support regional development and economic growth. This paper utilized the sectoral employment to reflect city＇ s function. By classifying the industrial sectors from the perspective of value chain, and employing the revised locational quotation （LQ）, we analyzed the evolution characteristics of specialization pattern in Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration （ZUA） during 2005-2014, and further proposed the functional orientation for each of its core cities. The study implied that employments had expanded significantly for the last 10 years in ZUA, and most of the employments were concentrated in the manufacture, other secondary industry and the other service sectors, while the advance producer services and general producer services showed a relative low degree of development. The labor division and specialization were in the process of weakening as the value of LQ that reflects the functional intensity has decreased dramatically. The pattern of specialization in ZUA has changed greatly in 2005-2014. By 2014 the pattern is as follows： Luohe, Jiyuan, Jiaozuo, Xuchang and Zhengzhou took the function of manufacture; Pingdingshan and Xinxiang the function of other secondary industry; Zhengzhou and Luoyang with the function of advance producer services and Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Jiaozuo and Kaifeng the function of general producer services. Finally, Luoyang, Kaifeng and Xuchang took the function of other services.
