摘　　要：综合目前金属纳米粉末和细小碎屑固态成型方法的研究现状,介绍了压制法、剧烈塑性变形法的原理及特点;分析了材料经变形后微观组织的细化以及力学性能的变化,并展望了剧烈塑性变形方法在粉末、切屑固态成型中的应用。Combining with the reseach status of solid forming methods for metal nanometer powder and chips, the principle and characteristics of pressing method and severe plastic deformation method were introduced. The refinement of the microstructure and the changes of the mechanical properties were also analyzed. The application of severe plastic deformation method in the solid forming of powders and chips was prospected.
