摘  要:介绍了原位反应法在制备颗粒增强铁基复合材料方面的应用现状和特点,综述了增强体、复合模式和制备工艺等对陶瓷相颗粒增强铁基复合材料性能的影响,分析了原位反应法在目前的应用中存在的优点和不足之处,并给出了改进方法,即机械合金化和热压或等离子体烧结法相结合,通过此方法可以实现高硬质碳化物陶瓷颗粒增强相在铁基体中的均匀分布,并达到性能的均一化。The application status and characteristics of in-situ about preparing particulate reinforced iron matrix composites were introduced. The effects of reinforcement, compound pattern, and preparation technology for performance of ceramic particulate reinforced iron matrix composite were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of in-situ at current application were also analyzed. The improved method was given, namely, the combination of mechanical alloying with hot-pressing/spark plasma sintering (SPS), and using it can obtain the symmetrical distribution of high hardness carbide ceramic reinforced phase in iron matrix to make the property of composite homogenization.
