摘  要:采用涂刷法,将Ni60粉末均匀刷涂到42Cr Mo基体的表面形成预涂层。利用电接触表面强化技术对预涂层进行强化,获得强化层。对该强化层进行显微组织、显微硬度、相结构和抗热震性能研究。结果表明:电接触强化工艺使涂层孔隙率减少,致密性增加,同时提高了涂层的硬度和抗热震性能。Adopting brush method, Ni60 powders were deposited on 42CrMo matrix surface to form pre-coating. Using electrical contact surface strengthening technology, the pre-coating was strengthened, and then then the strengthening layer was obtained. The microstructure, microhardness, phase structure and thermal shock resistance of the strengthening layer were researched. The results show that the electrical contact strengthening technology makes the coating porosity decrease and density increase, and then, the hardness and thermal shock performance of the coatings improve.
