摘  要:采用大型双室真空渗碳淬火设备对20Cr Mn Mo钢进行深层真空渗碳,研究了不同工艺处理后的金相形貌、显微硬度分布、表面碳浓度和扫描电镜照片。结果表明,在强渗75 min时,20Cr Mn Mo钢深层真空渗碳渗扩比以1∶20~1∶22为宜。20Cr Mn Mo钢大型重载齿轮以渗扩比1∶22进行深层真空渗碳淬火处理后,表面碳浓度为0.86%,渗碳层深度4.4 mm,碳化物级别1~2级,淬火和回火后齿轮齿面硬度分别为61.3、57.5 HRC。20CrMnMo steel was carburized by using the large double chamber vacuum carburizing equipment under deep vacuum carburizing process. The metallograph, microhardness distribution, surface carbon concentration and scanning electron micrograph (SEM) under different heat treatment were studied. The results show that the appropriate ratio of carburizing and diffusion time should be controlled between 1:20 and 1:22, when 20CrMnMo steel is carburized for 75 min under deep vacuum carburizing process. After 20CrMnMo steel large heavy-duty gear is treated at the ratio of 1:22 of carburizing and diffusion time under deep vacuum carburizing process, the surface carbon concentration is 0.86%, the vacuum carburizing layer depth is 4.4 nun, and the carbide level is between 1 and 2 level, the hardness of 20CrMnMo steel gear after quenching and tempering is 61.3 and 57.5 HRC, respectively.
